Fourteen years ago, Jo Ann earned her staging and home redesign professional status from I.R.I.S. (Interior Redesign Industry Specialist) and C.I.S.S. (Certified Interior Staging Specialist). Since then she has turned her passion for redesigning rooms for family and friends into a full time real estate staging business. Jo Ann says staging both vacant and occupied homes requires an instinctive eye balanced with a solid understanding of design principles to create a lifestyle buyers desire.

Lisa Nicks-Balthasar was born with the passion to design, creating magic touches to environments wherever she went, eventually landing a dream job as a lead designer for "Illusions of Grandeur," the premier design and decor company on the Monterey Peninsula. Over a successful 14-year career, she envisioned and designed hundreds of parties and corporate events.
Upon moving to Santa Cruz in 2012, Lisa started her own staging company called "Transformations!" transforming each home with her attention to detail and a keen eye for design. In 2017 she joined the amazing designers at "TurnAround Interiors," as a co-owner. Lisa enjoys utilizing her vast design experience helping homeowners show their listings in the brightest light.
